The Medical and Health Bureau has awarded the operation service contract of the Southern District Health Center to the Aberdeen Community Association.
The center was officially launched on October 17, 2022.
It is located in Wong Chuk Hang and has auxiliary centers in Stanley, Lei Tung, Chi Fu and Aberdeen, as well as a health depository in Ap Lei Chau.
The Southern District Health Center connects local medical staff through information technology to implement primary medical services such as healthy life plans, chronic disease joint management pilot projects, and matching family doctors.
It also strengthens coordination with primary medical health services and facilities in other regions to provide residents with A convenient environment to take care of personal health.The "Health Guide" mobile application provides the following functions to facilitate users to obtain information and enhance the service experience.

The SDHC officially launched on 17th October 2022, located in Wong Chuk Hang, with satellite centers in Stanley, Lei Tung, Chi Fu, and Aberdeen, as well as a Health Library in Ap Lei Chau.
SDHC utilizes information technology to connect healthcare professionals in the district and implements various primary health services such as the Life Course Preventive Care (LCPC), Chronic Disease Co-Care Pilot Scheme (CDCC), and the Family Doctor Pairing (FD).
It also strengthens coordination with other primary healthcare services and facilities in different regions to provide a convenient environment for residents to care for their personal health.The mobile app, "Health Navigator", offers the following features to facilitate information access and enhance user experience.
